- Why does my receipt come from Scentifolia Roses? Scentifolia is the boutique grower and exclusive partner for Laura Ashley Fresh Cut Flowers . Together Laura Ashley and Scentifolia Roses are able to offer an exquisite range of garden roses and fresh floral bouquets.

Can I order multiple bouquets and ship to different addresses within the same order? No. You may only order one bouquet to one shipping address at a time. Your flowers are a very heartfelt and important gift so in order to avoid any confusion in the ordering process and to ensure everything arrives exactly as you expect it, please place one order at a time for each recipient at a time.
- Can I request a copy of my receipt? Your receipt will be sent via email shortly after you place your order. Please check your SPAM folder. If you still don't find it, you may request a copy by contacting us at [email protected]
- How do I find my tracking number? Your shipment will be delivered with UPS or FedEx. They will send the tracking number automatically to the email you used to place your order as soon as the tracking number is available. Keep in mind that if you are ordering for a date far in the future, the tracking number will become available at the time of shipping.

- Can I add a gift message to go with my flowers? Certainly! At the beginning of the ordering process you will find the fields to enter the Delivery Date, the name of your gift recipient and the gift message you want your flowers to bring.
- How will my flowers arrive? Your flowers will arrive in Laura Ashley branded packaging that was especially designed to protect your flowers during their journey all the way from the farm to your doorstep.. They will arrive in bud form so that you and your gift recipient can enjoy them for many days to come as they bloom before your eyes.
